A lot of people don't know how to delete their Instagram accounts permanently since it is not easy to find the account deleting options in the Instagram App itself. So I'm going to show you how to do this step by step and quickly! So without wasting any further more time lets get started.

So I'm going to show you how to delete your Instagram account using your computer and also you can use the same method if you don't have a computer and own a smartphone.

All You need to do is open up that chrome app either from pc or your smartphone. and type in the URL "Instagram.com" without the quotes. And then you just have to scroll down towards the Login Button and then click the login button just as normally you do.


So once you are logged into your Instagram account using the google chrome browser you just need to right-click on the screen and click inspect element and you will see it brings a lot of HTML codes on your right side of the screen and then you have to click on the mobile view icon which changes the screen layout to Mobile view.

Now you can see that your cursor has changed into a circle that means now you are viewing Instagram in a Mobile view. That's what we wanted so once you are done with this. You will have to click on the refresh page or reload page option.

And once you are done with that you will see the navigation buttons at the bottom of the layout screen just the way they appear on the smartphone screen. So we are now viewing Instagram on exactly how it views on the smartphone.

*Important:

Before you delete your Instagram account you gotta back up and download your data, you must download your account data before you proceed to the next step. Your account data contains all the photos and videos that you had uploaded on Instagram Account, You will receive this backup in your email account.

To do this you need to click on the icon of the profile, to visit your profile. then get on the top left and click on the settings next you gotta click on Privacy And Security, then scroll down till you find the option which says "Data Download", then click on "Request Download" and there you will see your Email and when you click next they will send you all the photos, videos,  profile information and much more.

Click on next and then Enter your password and hit that "Request Download" Button, once you are done with this you will receive an email containing all the account data.

And now we're done with Backup, we can Move on to the next step that is to delete the Instagram account.
This will not take much time because it will be easy and fast.

Go to your profile and then click on settings on the top left corner, now we can either delete our Instagram temporarily or permanently depending on our choice.

So now scroll down to the "Help Center" section and click on it, It'll open a new tab in your browser and then find and click on Manage Your Account and then click on Delete your Account. There you'll find two options either to delete temporarily or to delete permanently. Depending upon your choice choose the right one as per your need.

Click on "How Do I Delete My Instagram Account" and on the next page click on Delete Your Instagram Account page link, then click on the drop-down choice and choose the valid reason for why you are deleting your Instagram account. Then click on next.

Once you are done with that on the next page you will have to enter your password and hit that "Permanently delete my account", now click ok and then you will see the page which says your Instagram Account was deleted permanently.
